END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Mordeny ("Company") regarding the use of Mordeny ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Game without written permission.
2. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game, including Most graphics, code, sounds, and content, is owned by the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Game.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game.
• Use cheats, hacks, or exploits.
• Distribute, sell, or rent the Game.
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without authorization. Except streaming or any type of videos
• Create derivative works based on the Game.
